Children's Sessions
Your child shows signs or behaviors that have either raised a heightened sense of concern for you or perhaps have been pointed out by a school teacher.

Being a kid these days is so different from when you were a kid. Trying the things your parents tried feels ineffective, outdated, or maybe even no longer accepted as "good parenting."

So, you read all the latest books on what good parenting looks like, but it's like every book gives advice that contradicts the one before it!

Whether it's the implication of ADHD or a recurring fear of making mistakes, now you're left wondering how to help your child move through this time in his or her life.

Maybe you've even explored the idea of therapy for your child in the past, but found that you were simply stuck in a waiting room while your child had sessions, leaving you unsure of just what you were paying for and whether or not it was making a difference.

When I work with a child, I also work with you as parents. We will schedule regular sessions dedicated to making sure you understand the process and feel comfortable with the services being provided.

I can also offer strategies and techniques you can use to help your child (and your own stress level) in difficult times between sessions (a.k.a. grocery store meltdowns).
